Values are verbs.

What we believe needs to change the way we ask, build, communicate and decide. These are the criteria we want to bring to the real work of SOCEO.

Know the commitments ↓

A result has history.

Observe Understand Decide Act Review The method continues after delivery. SOCEO Principles under continuous development The path matters as much as the result.

At OutGrowth, documented processes, indicators, and questions about causes were the answer to problems that an isolated tool could not solve. SOCEO brings that foundation to an AI product: context before conclusions, method before shortcuts, and people accountable for decisions.

These values are a working direction. They do not mean that every desired capacity is already ready or proven.

Six commitments. One question: what do they change?

Each value has a practical consequence and a test that makes it harder to hide it behind a beautiful phrase.

Clarity Method Honesty Autonomy Responsibility Learning 01

Clarity

Understand before speeding.

An attractive screen does not make a decision better. You need to know what a number means, where it came from, which period it covers, and what is still missing to interpret it.

IN PRACTICE

Explain the reading in useful language for those who decide.

THE TEST

If the data appears without context, the interface has not finished the work.

02

Method

The path is also part of the result.

OutGrowth was born from attention to processes, indicators and causes. We bring this discipline to SOCEO: observe, record, test and review. One method is worth more when another person can understand and improve it.

IN PRACTICE

Make the sequence between information, hypothesis, choice and action readable.

THE TEST

If we can only show the final result, we need to document the process.

03

Honesty

A promise must match the evidence.

Available capability, a prototype, and a future goal are different states. A visual demonstration is not proof of real performance; a plausible answer is not certainty.

IN PRACTICE

Name limits and stage of each capacity precisely.

THE TEST

If a sentence looks bigger than evidence, it needs to be corrected.

04

Autonomy

More ability for those who run the business.

SOCEO must bring knowledge and execution closer together without taking over the vision of the person building the business. People need to be able to examine alternatives, adjust plans, and stop an action.

IN PRACTICE

Offer context and review paths before asking for trust.

THE TEST

If the person depends on an opaque response to decide, we lose the sense of the product.

05

Responsibility

Being able to do it doesn't mean being able to act.

Data, people, and agents have limits. Source permissions, workspace scope, and authorization to execute or approve must not be confused.

IN PRACTICE

Preserve the most restrictive limit and request specific authority for action.

THE TEST

If convenience requires exceeding a permission, the decision is to stop.

06

Learning

Correcting is part of building.

Asking questions, listening to users, and reviewing what failed show respect for real work. Useful criticism becomes a hypothesis, an investigation, and a verifiable change.

IN PRACTICE

Register the problem, explain the correction and observe its effect.

THE TEST

If we repeat a promise after finding a flaw, we haven't learned yet.

CULTURE IN PRACTICE

The value needs to appear in the way it works.

These habits guide the construction of SOCEO. Their measure will be what we do in the face of real problems, disagreements and mistakes.

01 / LISTEN Start with the problem of who uses it.

Observe the work as it happens, distinguish discomfort from cause and choose what changes the customer's routine the most.

02 / TAKE OWNERSHIP Assign an owner to the next step.

Communicate blockers early, simplify the path, and follow a decision through until its effect can be observed.

03 / IMPROVE Treat criticism as information.

Question the approach respectfully, ask for direct feedback, and review the method when evidence contradicts the hypothesis.

04 / SHARE Keep context circulating.

Record why choices were made, listen to different perspectives, and make the learning accessible to whoever will continue the work.

The value appears when there is a choice.

Three hypothetical situations show how these criteria guide a decision. They do not represent incidents or functionalities already operated.

01 An incomplete answer 02 An unauthorized action 03 A function under construction

HYPOTHETIC SITUATION · DECISION CRITERIA

The analysis seems convincing, but a source is missing. What to do? The tension

The rush calls for a conclusion. Clarity and honesty call for context.

The choice we recommend

Show the gap, identify what the answer covers and ask for the necessary data before treating the conclusion as final.

Values involved: Clarity · Honesty · Method

We still need to prove those values in time.

A page can declare principles. Trust depends on observable decisions, corrections when we make mistakes, and limits kept when it would be easier to ignore them.

What do we know?

What's left?

Who can decide?

How are we going to review?
