A better business begins with a clearer decision.

PURPOSE AND STRATEGIC PLAN
SOCEO exists to approximate knowledge and action. We're building a system that helps digital businesses understand what happens, decide in context and make the work move forward.

A cycle, with people in charge.
Starting point Priorities How we move forward Current state Why this matters now.
People running a digital business often have information scattered across many places: sales in one tool, campaigns in another, cash figures in spreadsheets, and decisions in conversations. Putting the pieces together consumes time that should be spent making decisions.
At OutGrowth, addressing business problems involved documented processes, indicators, and questions about their causes. The Business Partner emerged when its founder sought a partner to think and execute alongside. That journey led to a conviction: results depend on the method, and the method must be visible so it can improve.
Read how this idea began Three priorities to build with direction.
The plan organizes product and company decisions. Each priority contains initiatives, but its pace depends on development, real use and validation.
01 Reliable context 02 Decision and implementation 03 Governance 01 A base that knows the business.
Loose information does not support a decision. The first work is to gather data, documents, goals and history with clear background and origin.
INITIATIVES GUIDING DEVELOPMENT Connect what already exists Bring spreadsheets, files, and systems together without requiring the business to start from scratch. Give data meaning Connect metrics, events, and documents to operational questions and decisions. Show the source Allow an answer to identify the sources used and acknowledge missing information. Find what matters Make relevant records accessible within each person’s permissions, even when they are in different tools.
Result sought: less time looking for numbers; more clarity about what they mean.
02 From reading to work done.
A panel reports. An operation improves when analysis, method, responsible and follow-up begin to talk.
INITIATIVES GUIDING DEVELOPMENT Interpret the current situation Turn data into useful diagnoses and questions for the working week. Plan with hypotheses Ask the right questions, compare options, and make assumptions explicit before execution. Follow up on actions Connect tasks, alerts, and results to the decision that prompted them. Pay attention to deviations Connect a changed target, a blocker, or a pending request to its owner and the next reviewable step.
Result sought: each important decision with context, next step and possibility of review.
03 Trust built on the way.
The AI can only really help when people know where the information came from, who can see it and who authorizes an action.
INITIATIVES GUIDING DEVELOPMENT Respect permissions Design the use of data and tools around the access authorized for each person and context. Separate suggesting from acting Make the boundaries between analysis, execution, and human approval visible. Evolve with evidence Validate controls and clearly communicate what exists, what is being built, and what is a future goal. Share the method Record decisions and working criteria so others can understand, review, and improve the process.
Result sought: greater capacity without losing authorship and control of decisions.
Strategy is also to choose order.
Start with what exists, ask specific questions, execute and look at the result: this cycle guides the plan. A new interface only makes sense when it preserves context, permissions and the ability to correct the course.
Base
Identity, sources, scope and traceability.
Reading
Responses with visible context and gaps.
Work
Plans, tasks and routines related to decisions.
Expansion
New channels and integrations after validating the required controls.
We're still building.
This plan expresses a direction. It is not a statement that all initiatives are already available, nor a commitment to financial dates or targets. The state of each front changes as the product is implemented and proven.
