In SOCEO, integrity begins with clear limits for people, data and AI. Our origin values the process as much as the result: documenting, questioning and reviewing the method is part of the responsibility. This page shows what still needs to be formalized.

The guidelines below are not approved policies, certifications or published reports. Each document will receive version and date when it exists formally.

Principles Guidelines Accountability Channels The boundary follows the decision.

SOCEO was designed to link context, decision and work. This link only has value when it preserves permissions, shows gaps and keeps people responsible for the actions.

Data The source still matters.

When the source rule is available and reliable, it limits what can follow. Workspace only adds restrictions.

AI An answer is not authorization.

Seeing, using, executing and approving are different decisions. An answer needs to reveal its base and its gaps.

People Responsibility cannot be delegated to the interface.

Relevant decisions require responsible, possibility of revision and space to correct errors.

Method Results need a verifiable path.

Clear processes, indicators and critical review help explain how we come to a decision and how we can improve it.

Reports may only show results after an approved plan, execution period and verifiable records. The four formats below are future content templates; none were issued.

Interim implementation report · cycle 1

Space for a first periodic review of the plan after its adoption.

Content foreseen: You can record which processes entered the first risk map, planned measures, responsible and points still without evidence, without transforming planning into execution.

Not issued Annual implementation report · cycle 1

Annual balance sheet with actions, gaps and corrective measures, when there are data.

Predicted content: You can compare planned and performed measures over a full cycle, explain delays, relevant incidents and corrections based on existing records.

Not issued Interim Implementation Report · cycle 2

Comparison with the previous cycle and review of ongoing measures.

Predicted content: It can show what changed in the risk map, what measures of the first cycle were kept or reviewed and which gaps remained open.

Not issued Annual implementation report · cycle 2

Provision of accounts for the following cycle after actual operation and calculation.

Predicted content: It can bring together the evolution between cycles, plan revision decisions and evidence of controls functioning, with stated scope and period.

A formal channel for reporting irregularities and not retaliation has not yet been implemented. We do not announce secrecy, anonymity or flow of verification that we cannot yet prove.
