DOCUMENTS
This policy explains how SOCEO processes data on the website and in the app, including when you connect Google Calendar.

Who's responsible?
SOCEO is responsible for processing the data described here. For any privacy-related matter, contact suporte@soceo.ai.
Site and application
This site introduces SOCEO, offers the newsletter, and provides forms to request free materials. The application at app.soceo.ai has an authenticated area and can connect to external services when you authorize it. There is no billing on this public page.
What data do we collect?
Email address you provide. If you subscribe to the SOCEO Newsletter, we store your address and evidence of your consent to send the editions, content, and updates described in the form.
Material requests. When you request a free material, we also process the data you enter in that form to deliver the file and maintain a record of the request.
Technical navigational data. Like any website, the server records basic access information, used only to keep the page running and safe.
We do not ask for Brazilian individual taxpayer IDs (CPF), bank details, documents, or any sensitive data on this page.
Google Calendar: access and data
The connection to Google Calendar is optional. Before Google's authorization, you choose the level of access: availability, event details or event management. SOCEO requests account identification (openid and e-mail), calendar list and only Calendar permissions corresponding to the chosen level. Google shows the scopes on the OAuth consent screen.
After authorization, SOCEO stores encrypted OAuth tokens, identification of connected account and calendar metadata. No calendar is automatically enabled: you choose which ones will be used in workspace. According to the access granted and the selection made, SOCEO consults availability and synchronizes data from the selected events, such as title, description, location, schedule and recurrence. The persistent projection of events does not include the list of participants.
With management permission, the application can also create, change or delete events in Google Calendar after you review and confirm the operation in SOCEO, including when it was prepared by Copilot. The choice of an access level does not replace the confirmation of these actions.
Google Calendar and Copilot
Calendar data is not made available to Copilot just because a Google account has been connected. Copilot access must be enabled separately for each selected calendar. If you enable this use and make a Calendar-related request, the data needed for the answer may be sent to the AI model provider configured for the workspace. The question, answer, and conversation references may remain in Copilot history. You can disable this access in Calendar settings.
The use of information received from Google APIs follows Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google Calendar data for ads or data sales.
What we use it for
On the website, we use data to deliver what you requested, send the newsletter when we have your consent, and understand in aggregate how people use the page. In the app, we use Google account data to identify the connection and provide the Calendar functions you enabled. We do not sell or rent your data.
Website Secretary
When you talk to the Secretary, SOCEO uses the message and public context of the site to respond and, if it makes sense, offer a demonstration. The messages required for the response can be processed by the AI provider. The business profile collected in the conversation is not shared with other visitors.
An essential identifier maintains the conversation during the session. If you choose to save the context so you can continue later, the profile is stored encrypted for up to 30 days, and the identifier has the same lifetime. You can delete the context through the conversation itself. If you ask to speak with the team, a separate form collects your name, email, phone number, company, job title, employee range, main problem, and preferred callback period, with your explicit consent. This data is stored to respond to your request and may be sent through SOCEO’s email service. The form does not book a calendar appointment.
With whom we share
We use necessary services to host the site and the app, store data and send emails. To execute Agenda actions, SOCEO communicates with Google APIs. When you enable Copilot for a calendar, the context required for the request can be processed by the configured AI provider. We can also disclose data when there is a legal obligation. We do not transfer data from Google Calendar to advertising platforms or data brokers.
How long do we keep it?
Requests to speak with the team are kept for up to 91 days so the team can respond and follow up. Records older than 90 days are removed daily, when the service starts, or when a new request arrives. You can also request earlier deletion through the privacy channel.
We keep your subscription while your consent is active. You can request to unsubscribe or have your data deleted through the privacy channel; we retain only the history needed to substantiate your request and meet applicable obligations.
As long as the Google Calendar connection is active, we maintain the credentials, metadata and projections necessary for the enabled functions. By disconnecting from SOCEO, we remove the credentials, calendars and local projections from that connection. This does not delete events in your Google account, does not guarantee the revocation of the authorization in your Google Account and does not automatically delete already saved conversations in the Copilot history. You can also revoke access in your Google Account settings and request deletion of remaining data from the channel below.
Your rights
Brazil’s General Data Protection Law (LGPD) gives you the right to request confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction, anonymization, portability, and deletion, and to withdraw consent at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, write to suporte@soceo.ai. We respond as soon as possible.
See also SOCEO data deletion instructions, including to disconnect an integration and request the removal of associated data.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers to profile visitors. Tracers inherited from reference materials were removed from the code.
Changes in this policy
If anything changes, we update this page and the revision date at the top. Changes relevant to those who have already left the email are communicated by email.
If we change how we use data obtained from Google, we will notify you and request new consent before using that data for a purpose other than the one stated when you authorized the connection.
