These are the terms of use for SOCEO’s public website and the authenticated app at app.soceo.ai.

What this site is

A website introducing SOCEO. It describes the product’s proposition, publishes blog content, and lets you leave your email address to follow the launch.

The content of this website is not a contract of service, binding commercial proposal or guarantee of future availability.

Application and accounts

The SOCEO application at app.soceo.ai has an authenticated area. Each person must use their own account and protect their credentials. Administrators manage workspace members and permissions; access to data and actions depends on those permissions.

Information, tasks and decisions recorded in a workspace may be seen or changed by authorized members according to their functions. The availability of each feature or integration depends on the application configuration.

Google Calendar

Connecting Google Calendar is optional. You choose the access level before authorizing the connection with Google, then select which calendars will be used in the workspace. The available levels allow you to check availability, view event details, or manage events, according to the permission granted.

When you grant management access, the application can create, change, or delete events after you review and confirm the action in SOCEO. Google authorization does not replace this confirmation. You can disconnect Calendar in the application; the Privacy Policy explains how connection data is handled.

Demonstration content

Numbers, panels and conversations displayed in the sections are illustrative demonstrations of intended operation. They do not represent actual customer data or promised result.

Use permitted

You can browse, read and share public content. It is not allowed to attempt to bypass protections, overload the service, extract data in an automated volume that harms the site, or use the SOCEO brand to impersonate us.

In the application, you are also not allowed to use someone else's account or try to access data or perform actions outside your workspace permissions.

Intellectual property

The text, brand, visual identity, and code on this website belong to SOCEO unless stated otherwise. Quoting with credit and a link is welcome; reproducing it in full as if it were your own is not.

Third party links and services

Some links lead outside this website, such as links to our social media profiles. We do not control those destinations and are not responsible for their content or policies.

Google Calendar is an external service, also subject to Google's conditions and availability.

Limitation of liability

The website is provided as is. We do our best to keep everything online and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or interruptions, and we are not responsible for decisions based solely on the informational content of this page.

In the application, Copilot responses and other suggestions depend on the available data and permissions. Review the information before making decisions or confirming relevant actions.

Privacy

The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

Changes and contact

These terms may change as the product evolves; the revision date at the top identifies the current version. Questions: suporte@soceo.ai.

Applicable law

Brazilian law applies, including the Brazilian Civil Rights Framework for the Internet (Marco Civil da Internet) and General Data Protection Law (LGPD).
