CONECTA ENGINE
Gather data and documents from your operation. SOCEO translates all information into the business language and maintains source, update, permissions and gaps visible for all engines to work with confidence.
Connecting is more than bringing data in. It gives each piece of information a place in how the business operates. THE PROBLEM
Data arrives. Understanding does not arrive yet. Different tools use different names, periods, formats and rules. Importing everything increases data volume but still does not create a shared business view. 01 Separate sources
Sales, payments, campaigns, costs, goals and decisions live in different places.
02 Incompatible languages
The same customer, product or period appears with different names, units and identifiers.
03 Invisible gaps
An answer seems complete even when it depends on a delayed, absent, or conflicting source.
THREE CAPABILITIES
From the content received to the context that the business uses. The technical catalogue is in Connectors and actions. Here begins the work of organizing, interpreting and governing what has come. 01 Data and documents
Gather data, files and records.
Organize what arrived without erasing the form, origin or limitations of the content.
Source, raw content, documents and versions Synchronization, last update and freshness per source Coverage, conflicts, failures and visible gaps Explore Data and Documents 02 Operational Context
Organize every data on the business map.
Transforms accessible data into information that business and engines really understand.
Entities, events and relationships Mapping, normalization and identity Formulas, conflicts and human confirmation Explore Operational context 03 Permissions and trust
Make the access follow the data.
Preserves original access and allows safe derivation without enlarging who can consult or use the content.
Source and workspace policies accompany each data point Safe derivation applies the most restrictive limit Consumers authorized by person, role, engine and agent Explore Permissions and Trust
SOURCES THAT MAKE UP REALITY
Context comes from different sources working together. Documents, collaboration, revenue, media and operations arrive through their own paths. The Conecta Engine preserves these differences before forming a shared analysis.

HOW THE ENGINE WORKS
The connection develops into reliable context. Authenticating a source opens the channel. The rest of the path shows whether the content can support diagnosis, planning and control. 01 Connect
The source is authenticated and the technical scope is defined in Connectors and actions.
02 Validate
Format, types, requirements and limits of the content received are explicit.
03 Translate
Fields, units, currencies and periods gain a common operational language.
04 Relate
Facts are linked to entities, events, metrics and correct decisions.
05 Update
Freshness, lag, coverage, conflict and revocation are monitored.
06 Prove
Each conclusion retains origin, transformation, permission and gaps.
OPERATIONAL MAP
Each data point has a place in how the business operates. The Conecta Engine organizes operations as a map of entities, events, measures and relationships, without reducing the business to a wall of logos. Entities company product campaign customer order payment Events sale created payment approved refund completed decision approved Metrics revenue margin cash conversion coverage target deviation Relationships campaign promotes offer order belongs to customer payment settles order action responds to diagnosis ONE RELATIONSHIP, NOT FOUR TABLES Campaign promotes Offer generates Order is settled by Payment feeds Margin guides the decision
VISIBLE CONFIDENCE
The answer shows how far it is safe to trust. Source, method, update, coverage, conflict, access and gaps accompany the context. What is missing is also part of the answer. OPERATIONAL CONTEXT Contribution margin CONCEPTUAL DEMONSTRATION 27.4% SOURCE Paid orders + fees + media UPDATE Oldest source · media · 3 hours ago COVERAGE Illustrative coverage · 96.8% of orders TRANSFORMATION (revenue − product − fees − media) ÷ revenue GAP Illustrative gap · 12 orders without matching payments Trust also means seeing the limit. The source never disappears. Every important fact returns to its original record, row, event or excerpt. Freshness is measured. The product distinguishes when the fact occurred, was synchronized and was consulted. Conflict is a valid state. Discrepancies are not silently resolved. A gap is also context. Missing fields, incomplete periods and delayed sources accompany the conclusion.
THE FOUR ENGINES
A shared reality passes through decision, action and control. Conecta prepares reality. Age changes reality. Planeja and Controla use the same context, including gaps. 01 Conecta
It forms the context and maintains visible origin, access and gaps.
→ 02 Planeja
Transforms context and objectives into direction, scenarios and routes.
→ 03 Age
Executes authorized operations and keeps approvals under control.
→ 04 Controla
It follows result, deviation, risk and correction.
↺
The result returns to the Conecta Engine as a new event, decision and evidence.
PERMISSIONS AND VISIBILITY
Who can see each data point and where this context can be used. Permission follows data from source to conclusion. Derived context must not reveal information the person could not consult directly. People, groups and roles
Founders, Finance, Marketing, operators and guests receive only the access they need.
Sources
Each connected account or system can have its own visibility policy.
Documents, records and fields
Contracts, orders, files, costs, margins and personal data can be restricted separately.
Metrics and conclusions
A combined conclusion by default respects the most restrictive policy between the data supporting it.
Engines and agents
The context is only released for consumers allowed to use it.
Actions
Read-only access, execution and approval are different authorizations. Being able to see data does not authorize changing the source.
POLICY EXAMPLE Access follows context. Visible to Founders and Finance Used by Planeja and Controla Sensitive data Costs and margin restricted Permission source Workspace policy Actions Read-only Access review · conceptual demonstration
