The base Next horizon

Before any integration, SOCEO needs to know who you are and which data it may access. This phase establishes identity, permissions, data isolation in the database, traceability, and documentation. This structure prepares the product for the certifications planned for later phases. People and agents only access what has been authorized.

Truly separate data

Each person will have his/her own identity, linked to his/her company and function. Access starts at the minimum necessary and only increases when permission is granted.

Data isolation by context within the database itself

Access rules will operate in the database, by company and user. If a screen or integration tries to access unauthorized information, the database blocks access to the data.

Permissions that follow the AI

Copilot will use the permissions of the person who asked the question. If the user cannot access a piece of data, AI cannot use it in the answer either.

Public API

Each integration will have its own key and a defined scope. It may only query or change what has been authorized.

Internal audits

The team will review accesses, data isolation policies by context, integrations and actions of the AI. Each review will generate evidence to correct failures and prepare external audits.

About business phases

Certifications and compliance form the corporate part of the roadmap. They increase the level of trust SOCEO can offer. Today SOCEO has not yet conquered any of the items in this section. The company intends to seek them in this order, supported by the structure built in Phase 0. Order and scope can change according to product, customers and markets served. Complexity communicates effort and dependence between milestones. It is not a percentage, a deadline, a commercial priority or a guarantee to obtain.
