The Calendar integration uses Google OAuth, explicit calendar selection and separate Copilot access.

The calendar as operational context
In the Calendar integration being developed for production, you choose the access level before authorizing Google and select calendars after connecting. Availability and event details follow the granted scope. The local projection does not store the attendee list, and Copilot only accesses this data when separately enabled. Creating, changing or deleting events requires management permission and confirmation of the action.
